Can I cancel my Order?

Changed your mind? No worries.

If you want to cancel an oder before it has been shipped, simply write to us an email at : contact@dream-watches.com

Give Details (Order Confirmation Number and Order Reference).

Can I cancel after the product has been shipped?

If a cancellation request is initiated after the product has been shipped then the customer will have the option to return the product.

In such case please follow the procedure under the 'Returns' .

Once shipped, all the terms and conditions under 'Return & Refunds' shall be applicable.

Can I Return the Product ?

  • We offer an Easy Returns Policy. Didn't like the model or looking for something else? Don't worry. Β

How can I request a Return or Exchange?

  • To initiate return, kindly login to your customer account. LOGINΒ 
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • You shall receive a shipping label in mail. Kindly print and paste on the return parcel and keep ready for pickup by our courier partners.

What is Returnable?

You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Products must be in original condition
  • Unworn and scratchless. Kindly ensure protective plastic is intact
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable

Pre-Order Products are not returnable.

Customised Products are not returnable. ( Modified GShock products are not returnable)

Are there any charges for Return?

  • There are no charges for return.

    Truly Easy Returns- Even the Return Shipment Charges are on us :)

  • In case of multiple returns from same customer, shipping charges maybe applicable.

When & How will I receive my Refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 4-5 working days.

Any legal issues are subject to Faridabad jurisdiction.
