Can i cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order before it has been shipped, simply login to your customer account and cancel the order. Use the email provided at checkout and Login with OTP sent on the same email.  |  LOGIN 

Incase you cannot access your account, simply Whatsapp us your cancellation request on +91-9354242740 and our support team will manually cancel your order for you.

Once the order has been shipped, then you will have the option to 'Return' the product.

Can I return the product?

  • Absolutely ! But before making a purchase we would request you to be completely sure of your model. In case of any clarification you may also make use of our 1 to 1 video call live consultation to view and decide the timepieces before making a  purchase.

How can i request a return or an exchange?

  • To request a Return kindly login to your customer account. Simply use the email provided at checkout and Login with OTP sent on the same email.  |  LOGIN 
  • ( Incase you cannot access your account, simply Whatsapp us your return request on +91-9354242740 and our support team will manually place a return request on your behalf.)
  • Returns can only be initiated within 5 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • In some rare cases you may be asked to provide an unboxing video to process your return request. Please note, in case of suspected fraudulent activity by customer or lack of proof submission, your return request may be rejected.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • Simply keep your return parcel packed and ready for pickup by our courier partners.
  • Please Note: In some regions return pickup is not available through courier partners. In such case we ask the customer to ship the product back to us. 

What is returnable?

You can return your items within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Products must be in original condition
  • Unworn and scratchless. Kindly ensure protective plastic is intact
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable

Pre-Order and Special Order Products are not cancellable or returnable.

Customised Products are not cancellable or returnable. ( Modified GShock products are not returnable)


Are there any charges for return?

  • Since these timepieces are expensive and insured during transport, there is restocking and shipping fees involved. 

    Return & Restocking Charges Rs. 400 per Order. 

  • Pre-Payment Charges of Rs 200 for COD orders are non-refundable.

How will i get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund amount ( ie. Order Value - Return Fees)  will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 4-5 working days.
