The Complimentary Chapter Ring Replacement Program ("Program") is a promotional benefit offered by Medallion to eligible purchasers of The Cricket Watch, WC Edition. Participation in this Program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Program is available strictly for eligible purchases of The Cricket Watch, WC Edition directly from Medallion or from an authorised Medallion retailer. Proof of purchase and warranty registration may be required before any request is accepted. Medallion reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

2. Program Duration

The Program is valid for a maximum period of ten (10) years from the original retail purchase date of the qualifying timepiece. After the expiry of the ten-year period, no complimentary chapter ring replacement requests will be accepted. Unused eligibility cannot be extended, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other benefit.

3. Qualifying Events

A complimentary chapter ring replacement becomes available only following an official victory by:

The Indian Men's National Cricket Team in the ICC Cricket World Cup (50-over format), or

The Indian Women's National Cricket Team in the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup (50-over format).

Only ICC-recognized 50-over Cricket World Cup victories qualify for future inscription. The following events are specifically excluded from the Program: ICC Champions Trophy, ICC T20 World Cup, ICC World Test Championship, ICC Under-19 tournaments, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, Bilateral series, and any domestic or franchise tournaments. Medallion shall have sole discretion in determining whether an event qualifies.

4. Availability of Updated Chapter Rings

Following a qualifying victory, Medallion may, at its sole discretion, design and manufacture an updated chapter ring incorporating the newly qualifying year. Production is subject to technical feasibility, supplier availability, and manufacturing capability.

5. Number of Replacements

Eligible timepieces may receive one (1) complimentary replacement for each officially released updated chapter ring during the 10-year Program period. Only one replacement per qualifying update per eligible watch is permitted.

6. The Complimentary Benefit

The Program covers:

One replacement chapter ring.

Installation of the chapter ring by Medallion or an authorised service centre.

Dispatch of the timepiece back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for the logistics and costs of securely sending the timepiece to the notified Medallion service address. Any additional servicing or repairs are not included in this benefit.

7. Service Requirements

Installation must only be performed by Medallion or an authorised Medallion service centre. The complimentary chapter ring will not be supplied separately for self-installation. Unauthorized installation or modification will immediately void the watch’s warranty.

8. Watch Condition

Medallion reserves the right to refuse service if the watch has been modified, contains non-original components, has suffered accidental damage, has been serviced by unauthorized persons, cannot safely undergo replacement, or requires additional repairs. Any necessary additional repair work will be chargeable.

9. Design Changes

Updated chapter rings may differ from the original in appearance, finishing, markings, or manufacturing techniques. Medallion reserves the right to alter the design without notice.

10. Transferability

The benefit remains attached to the qualifying watch. Proof of authenticity and proof of original purchase may be required regardless of current ownership. Medallion may refuse service where ownership cannot be reasonably established.

11. Promotional Nature

This Program is a complimentary promotional offering. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for any other product or service.

12. Suspension or Termination

Medallion reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, either in whole or in part, at any time for reasons including changes in manufacturing capability, supplier availability, legal requirements, or force majeure events. Termination of the Program shall not create any obligation upon Medallion to continue manufacturing or installing updated rings.

13. Force Majeure

Medallion shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, supplier failures, transportation disruptions, or labour disputes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medallion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in this Program. The maximum liability under this Program shall not exceed the cost of the replacement chapter ring itself.

15. Final Decision & Governing Law

All decisions made by Medallion regarding eligibility and operation of the Program shall be final and binding. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Medallion's registered place of business.
